At Orbitkey, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, undamaged packaging including all tags and accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to your local carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
